Our Guildford Bootcamp focuses on Functional Fitness. This means you have fun, get healthy and develop skills which will build confidence and strength for everyday life.

These classes are for ALL abilities.

Fighting Fit Bootcamps are run every Saturday between 8:30-9:30 am in the beautiful grounds of the Guildford Lido, Lido road, Stoke Park, Guildford, GU1 1HB. There are changing rooms, toilets and showers on site at no extra cost.

Functional Fitness:

The term functional fitness means improving strength and mobility in everyday life. It concentrates on those actions you perform routinely, building up strength and endurance to make those aches and pains a thing of the past.

Functional fitness is achieved through bodyweight exercises or using basic resistance equipment. An added benefit is that this burns a huge amount of calories, making you lose fat and increase muscle tone too!
